Leviticus 27:32-34

³² The tithe from the herd or the flock, that is, every tenth animal that passes under the staff of the shepherd, shall be set apart as holy to the Lord. ³³ The donor must not sort out the good from the bad, and he must not make any substitutions for it. If he makes a substitution for it, then both the first animal and its substitute shall be set apart as holy. It cannot be redeemed.

³⁴ These are the commandments that the Lord commanded Moses for the people of Israel at Mount Sinai.
